Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your NOVAHAUS order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at Ethanwhall478@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

As our products may be fulfilled by different supplier partners, return instructions and return addresses can vary by product. We will provide the correct return instructions after you contact us.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.

For eligible online purchases, customers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods. Certain items may be excluded from cancellation rights, including personalised goods and some sealed goods once opened. Where cancellation rights apply, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For Terms of service, I recommend tapping Shopify’s Create from template / automatic template option if it appears. Shopify’s template is much better than me giving you a generic set of legal terms. Check that it says NOVAHAUS and uses Ethanwhall478@gmail.com, then save it.
