Because NOVAHAUS products may be fulfilled by different supplier partners, the correct return address can vary by item. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions for your order.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs where helpful.
